Our Team
SWMLabs was founded by a team of three. Two of our co-founders are licensed Professional Engineers in the State of Florida with a combined 29+ years of experience in land development engineering. Our third co-founder brings over a decade of professional software development experience — including shipped mobile applications on both iOS and Android, full-stack web development, and deep expertise in database architecture and JavaScript that has been instrumental in building the SWMLabs platform.

One of our founding engineers received the 2017 Florida Engineering Society Outstanding Technical Achievement Award for work as an expert witness in a multi-year legal challenge involving Environmental Resource Permits, stormwater management systems, and nutrient loading analysis — a proceeding that drew some of the most recognized names in the field to opposite sides of the table.
