Limited to First 15 Firms
Early Adopter Credit
The first 15 firms to purchase a project or subscription through SWMLabs receive $100 in account credit toward future projects. Move fast, lock in your credit.
How It Works
Purchase your first project or subscription through SWMLabs. If you are among the first 15 firms to do so, the $100 credit is applied to your account automatically. No separate claim or notification is required.
Full Terms
- Eligibility is limited to the first 15 firms to complete a project or subscription purchase through SWMLabs. Once 15 firms have qualified, the program closes automatically.
- Credit is applied automatically to the qualifying firm's account once the purchase is confirmed.
- Credit is for future transactions only, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is subject to a standard 18-month expiration from the date of award.
- Participation is limited to licensed Professional Engineers, or firms operating under the supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer, in the State of Florida.
- SWMLabs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.
- SWMLabs reserves the right to disqualify any claim at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected misrepresentation or platform misuse.
Referral Program
Give $100, Get $100
Every firm gets its own unique referral code and link once its account is set up. Share yours with a firm you know, and once their first project is activated, you both receive $100 in account credit. There is no cap on how many firms you can refer.
How It Works
Share your unique referral code or link with a firm that does not already have a SWMLabs account. The new firm must enter your code or use your link when creating their account for your account to receive credit. Once their first project is activated, $100 in account credit is applied to both accounts automatically, no separate claim is required.
Full Terms
- Each firm receives a unique referral code and link after account creation.
- The referred firm must not have an existing SWMLabs account at the time of referral, and must enter the referring firm's code or use their link when creating their account.
- Credit is issued to both the referring firm and the referred firm once the referred firm's first project is activated.
- Referrals not made using the referring firm's code or link will not be credited.
- There is no limit to the number of firms a single firm may refer.
- Credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is subject to a standard 18-month expiration from the date of award.
- Participation is limited to licensed Professional Engineers, or firms operating under the supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer, in the State of Florida.
- SWMLabs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.
- SWMLabs reserves the right to disqualify any claim at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected misrepresentation or platform misuse, such as self-referral or duplicate accounts.
Founding Program
Charter Firm Program
The Charter Firm Program rewards the first firm per Water Management District to notify SWMLabs that they received an approved Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) using a SWMLabs-generated Technical Report as part of their submittal. Five districts, five awards, first notification wins.
Award
A single firm may claim more than one district. Once all five districts are claimed, the program closes automatically.
How to Claim
Email [email protected] with your Water Management District and permit number. The permit must be issued and publicly verifiable at the time of notification. Claims submitted ahead of permit issuance will not be accepted. We will acknowledge receipt of your claim within 5 business days.
From there, SWMLabs verifies independently through public permit records, including confirming that the SWMLabs Technical Report appears in the submittal. Because public posting of an issued permit can take a month or more depending on the district, final verification may take longer than the acknowledgment window. We will keep you updated as we work through it.
Tiebreaker
If two firms submit notification for the same district on the same day, the claim with the earliest confirmed timestamp wins.
